School Bus, SUV Collide; Injuries Reported

Five people were hurt Monday, October 24, when a school bus and a sports utility vehicle collided in St. Louis.

Police spokeswoman Schron Jackson said that 34 children were on the bus when it struck the SUV about 7:30 a.m.

Two students, the bus driver and two people in the SUV were hospitalized.

The other children and SUV passengers were also taken to a hospital for evaluation.

Police were investigating the cause of the wreck.
